Free Blood is the new project for former !!! high-voice-frontman-and-drummer-dude John Pugh. Excitingly, Free Blood has more in common with Out Hud, the band that other members of !!! (not John) were a part of during the 90’s & early 00’s. And confusingly enough, Free Blood actually shares a member with Out Hud…Molly Schnick on Cello. Phew.

Anyway, Royal Family recalls the best parts of many Out Hud tracks, with even more of a grinding pop rap / r’n'b vibe going on. For a moment there it’s believable that Out Hud are back. They pretty much are really…anyway, if you like either band, you’ll love this…
