Beach House’s album Teen Dream is out now. They’ve managed to get a well produced clean cut album without sacrificing any of the character that made their old stuff so good. Norway is the first single, and it’s as good as you’d expect and more.

Feel good pop here from the best named band of 2010 (the whole year – early prediction), Happy Birthday. They’re already signed to Sub Pop and touring with Vivian Girls and they’ve only got 830 total plays on their myspace. This song just feels great, simple as that. Can’t wait to hear the album.
